Men’s Health & Executive Performance
Executive health, beyond the annual check-up
A standard check-up looks for disease. Leaders also need a plan for energy, resilience and long-term risk.

Many senior professionals have a regular health check. Typically it is efficient, focused on screening for disease, and concludes that everything is broadly fine. That is valuable. But it rarely answers the questions high-performing people actually have — the gap our Executive Health & Performance program is designed to address.
- Why is my energy less reliable than it used to be?
- How do I sleep well with this travel schedule?
- What is my real cardiovascular risk, and what should I do about it?
- How do I stay strong and fit with so little time?
- How do I stay sharp under sustained pressure?
From screening to strategy
Executive health at its best combines medical screening with performance thinking. It looks at sleep, stress physiology, fitness, body composition and metabolic health together — the everyday foundations of our Live Well pillar — and turns findings into a realistic plan that fits around a demanding calendar.
Your health is the infrastructure your work runs on. It deserves the same strategic attention.
For men in particular
Men are often less likely to seek help early. Cardiovascular risk, changes in energy or drive, weight gain and poor sleep are frequently accepted as normal. A direct, well-organised assessment — with proper medical evaluation before any treatment, including for hormonal symptoms — is a far better route than guesswork. This is the focus of our Men’s Health & Performance program.
