Your Health & Longevity Assessment
Everything begins with knowing where you stand.
01Why assessment first
Personalisation is impossible without a baseline.
Two people of the same age, with the same goals, can need very different things. One may need to rebuild strength; another may have metabolic markers worth addressing; a third may be sleeping poorly under sustained pressure.
Your assessment replaces guesswork with understanding. It tells us — and you — where effort will matter most, so your time and investment go to the right places.
The aim is not more tests. It is the right tests, properly interpreted.
02What may be assessed
Four pillars, one integrated picture.
Components are selected by a clinician for your history and goals. These are the areas an assessment can draw on.
01
Live Well
Cardiometabolic markers
Blood markers such as glucose regulation, lipids and inflammation, selected and interpreted by a clinician.
Body composition
How much of your weight is lean tissue versus fat — and where fat is distributed.
Sleep and recovery patterns
Structured sleep history, questionnaires and, where useful, wearable or home-based sleep data.
Lifestyle and load
Work rhythm, travel, nutrition, alcohol and the demands that shape your day.
02
Think Well
Cognitive screening
Validated, non-diagnostic tools that create a baseline for attention, memory and processing.
Psychological wellbeing
Structured questionnaires and a conversation about stress, mood and resilience.
Stress physiology
How load shows up in the body — sleep, heart-rate patterns and related markers where indicated.
Contributing factors
Sleep, metabolic health, hormones and lifestyle factors that influence how the brain performs.
03
Move Well
Movement screen
A physiotherapist-led look at how you move, where you compensate and what limits you.
Strength and function
Practical measures of strength, balance and physical capacity.
Cardiorespiratory fitness
Fitness testing appropriate to your health status, to set meaningful training targets.
Musculoskeletal history
Old injuries, current pain and the activities that matter to you.
04
Age Well
Risk and family history
A structured review of personal and family history to understand long-term risk.
Longevity-relevant markers
Clinician-selected tests linked to cardiovascular, metabolic and bone health.
Hormonal health
Medical assessment of menopause, perimenopause or male hormonal health where relevant.
Body composition over time
Tracking muscle, fat and, where indicated, bone health across the years.

05Where might you begin?
Tell us what you’re noticing. We’ll point the way.
Whatever brings you here, the starting point is the same: your assessment.
Select a few statements to see which programs clients with similar goals often explore.
- What does the Health & Longevity Assessment include?
- It combines a detailed health questionnaire, an in-depth consultation and clinician-selected testing — which may include blood biomarkers, body composition, fitness, movement, sleep and cognitive or wellbeing screening. The exact components are chosen for your history and goals.
- How long does it take?
- Assessment is usually completed across one or two visits, followed by a results consultation once findings have been reviewed. Session and program timings vary according to the services involved. A real client practice would publish its confirmed timings before launch.
- Will I receive a written report?
- Yes. You receive a Health & Longevity Report summarising your findings, priorities and recommendations in plain language, followed by your personalised plan.
